Most people don't phone asking for a "condensate drain flush". They phone because water is dripping onto the carpet. That's fine — describing the symptom in your own words is genuinely all we need.
- Blowing warm air — usually a gas leak, a failed capacitor or a filthy coil. Start with repairs.
- Water dripping inside — almost always a blocked drain line. That's a quick repair, and a service stops it recurring.
